What the guarantee covers
The Elara guarantee is a written commitment issued to every patient who completes treatment through the Elara network. It is not a marketing statement — it is a contractual obligation that Elara has met on multiple occasions.
3-Year Clinical Guarantee
If your treatment requires clinical correction within 3 years of the original procedure date, Elara will coordinate and fund your return to the treating clinic. This includes the cost of flights, accommodation for the correction visit, and all clinical costs associated with the correction.
UK Aftercare Network
On return to the UK, you are assigned a vetted UK partner dentist for check-up appointments. These are scheduled at 6 weeks and 12 months post-treatment and are included in your coordination fee. Your UK dentist can catch issues early — before they become significant.
Treatment Passport
Every Elara patient receives a permanent digital Treatment Passport recording every material used, shade codes, X-rays, and clinical notes. This document means any UK dentist can work with your treatment accurately, and serves as your evidence document if the guarantee needs to be invoked.
Patient Advocacy
Elara acts as your medical concierge and commercial advocate. If a clinic fails to perform, we have contractual leverage and a track record of intervening on patients' behalf. You are not dealing with a foreign clinic alone — you have Elara behind you.
What is covered
- Veneer or crown debonding or fracture
- Implant failure (within osseointegration period)
- Bite or occlusion corrections needed post-treatment
- Shade mismatches not resolved at original visit
- Gum complications directly related to the procedure
What is not covered
- Damage caused by accident or trauma
- Decay of natural tooth structure under a crown (preventable with hygiene)
- Issues resulting from failure to follow post-treatment instructions
- Changes to aesthetic preferences after the final result was accepted
- Treatments outside the Elara-coordinated plan
How to invoke the guarantee

Contact your Elara coordinator by WhatsApp or email describing the issue.

Attend a UK aftercare dentist appointment for assessment. This is covered by the guarantee.

Elara reviews the assessment and, where the issue falls within guarantee scope, coordinates return travel and clinic correction.

The corrective treatment is performed at no cost to you. Elara covers flights and the clinical work.
