The procedure. what to expect
Day 1: Full consultation, 3D CBCT scan, and surgical planning. Days 2 to 3: Implant surgery under local anaesthesia (or IV sedation if preferred), removal of any remaining teeth, and fitting of temporary fixed teeth on the day of surgery. You leave with fixed teeth. Three to six months later: Return visit for the final porcelain or zirconia arch. Total time abroad: 5 to 7 days for the surgical visit, 3 to 5 days for the final restoration.
Post-treatment care
The temporary arch phase is critical. soft food diet for 3 months while osseointegration occurs. Full cleaning protocol will be provided. Your UK aftercare dentist will monitor healing and the final arch is assessed at 6 and 12 months.

What is the temporary arch like?
The temporary arch placed on the day of surgery is an acrylic construction. It is functional but not your final result. You will eat soft foods during the 3 to 6 month healing phase. The final zirconia arch is significantly more natural in appearance and function.
