Step 1

Take three photos at home

Takes 5 minutes. No dentist visit needed.

We need three photos: front-facing with lips apart, left profile, and right profile. We provide a photo guide to ensure the lighting and angle gives the reviewing dentist everything they need. High quality means a better assessment — your phone camera is more than sufficient.

You can also upload any existing X-rays or previous treatment records. The more information you provide, the more accurate your initial assessment will be.

Step 2

A qualified dentist reviews your case

Response within 24 hours, in writing.

Your photos are reviewed by a GDC-equivalent registered dentist with experience in the specific treatments you are interested in. This is not an algorithm. A human clinician looks at your photos and provides a written preliminary assessment.

The assessment covers: the likely treatment required, the recommended materials, the approximate number of units, and any red flags that would require additional investigation before treatment can begin. You receive this free, with no obligation to proceed.

Step 3

We match you with audited clinics

Two or three options, with transparent pricing.

Based on your treatment plan, budget, and preferred destination, we present matched clinic options. Each clinic in our network has been physically audited by Elara — sterilisation standards, dentist credentials, patient outcomes, equipment quality, and professional indemnity insurance are all verified.

You see the clinic name, city, accreditation details, satisfaction scores from previous Elara patients, and a transparent price for your specific treatment. There are no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.

Step 4

Your coordinator manages everything

From deposit to landing back in the UK.

Once you confirm your clinic and pay your deposit, a named Elara coordinator is assigned to you. They are your single point of contact for the entire journey.

Your coordinator handles: clinic appointment scheduling, airport transfer booking, hotel recommendations, pre-treatment preparation instructions, in-clinic liaison (they are contactable throughout your stay), translation support where needed, and post-treatment follow-up. You are never alone during this process.

Step 5

Your Treatment Passport is issued

A permanent record of everything performed.

On your return, Elara issues your ELARA Treatment Passport — a comprehensive document containing every clinical detail from your treatment. This includes the materials used (brand, model, shade code), the dentist's registration number, the clinic's accreditation details, pre and post X-rays, and post-treatment care instructions.

This document is accepted by UK dentists and is your proof of treatment if you ever need to make a claim under our guarantee. It is stored digitally and can be accessed at any time.

Step 6

UK aftercare and your 3-year guarantee

Protection that lasts long after you return home.

Your Elara coordination includes access to our UK partner dentist network. These are registered GDC dentists who are familiar with our partner clinics and the treatments we coordinate. They can perform your follow-up check-ups, monitor your restoration long-term, and provide emergency support if needed.

Our 3-year guarantee means that if your treatment requires clinical correction within three years, Elara coordinates and funds your return travel and the corrective clinical work. No conditions, no bureaucracy.
