ELARA 3-Year Treatment Guarantee

If your treatment fails clinically within 3 years and the failure is attributable to the treating clinic (not to you not following aftercare instructions), Elara will fund your return travel to the clinic and the cost of the corrective treatment. You do not need to fight the clinic yourself — Elara manages the entire process on your behalf.
1. What this guarantee covers
The ELARA guarantee covers the following clinical failures occurring within 36 months of treatment completion:
- Veneer or crown debonding not caused by trauma or patient-inflicted damage
- Implant failure (osseointegration failure) not related to systemic health conditions disclosed after treatment
- Visible colour mismatch or material defects in restorations
- Shade discrepancies outside the agreed specification
- Structural failure of any permanent restoration under normal use
2. What this guarantee does not cover
- Damage resulting from trauma, accidents, or impact
- Failure resulting from non-compliance with post-treatment care instructions
- Tooth decay or gum disease developing after treatment
- Temporary restorations
- Treatments not coordinated by Elara Dental Ltd
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed to the treating clinic
- Patient-initiated changes to treatment plan after work has commenced
3. How to make a claim
- Contact Elara at guarantee@elaradental.co.uk within the 36-month guarantee period
- Provide your ELARA Treatment Passport reference number and a description of the issue
- Provide clinical evidence from a UK-registered dentist confirming the nature of the failure (Elara can connect you with a UK aftercare dentist if needed)
- Elara will review your claim within 5 business days and confirm eligibility
- If the claim is approved, Elara coordinates and funds your return clinic appointment and travel
4. Geographic and temporal limitations
This guarantee applies to treatments coordinated by Elara at Elara-audited partner clinics. Claims must be submitted within 36 months of the treatment completion date recorded in your ELARA Treatment Passport. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
5. Elara's role in claims
Elara acts as your advocate in all guarantee claims. We engage directly with the treating clinic on your behalf. You are not required to communicate with the clinic directly. All clinical correction work under this guarantee must be performed at the original treating clinic or at an Elara-approved alternative.
6. Relationship to clinic warranties
This guarantee is provided by Elara Dental Ltd independently of any warranty offered by the treating clinic. You may have additional rights directly against the treating clinic under their own warranty terms. This guarantee does not limit or affect those rights.
7. Governing law
This guarantee is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
